Updated SEPTA Regional Rail schedules are now posted online for service beginning Monday, July 11, 2016.
The updated schedules and other service information are also accessible through SEPTA’s homepage.

The new schedules reflect additional service following the emergency lease of rail cars from Amtrak, NJ Transit and the Maryland Area Regional Commuter Train Service (MARC).  The additional rail cars will add back a portion of the lost Regional Rail passenger capacity and help alleviate some of the delays and crowded conditions experienced by customers last week.   Customers, however, should still be prepared for crowding on trains and plan to adjust their travel schedule if at all possible.  For employers and employers who have the ability to flex work times, taking earlier or later AM and PM rush hour trains may assist in easing their commutes.   Additionally, SEPTA continues to encourage customers to take advantage of SEPTA’s extensive bus, trolley and high-speed rail network.  Service has been bolstered on a number of city and suburban transit routes to provide options for riders, and customers can find alternate travel options from their Regional Rail station by selecting their destination from the dropdown box in the middle of the page.   As always, customers can also get information about SEPTA’s service plan on
